----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Are you ready for our next fun challenge? But first, our featured video tutorial !

We are looking at how to make a "Border Sentiment"

So what do you think?
The DT loved this tutorial and we want to show you our spin on this technique.
To find more information on how they did that, please click on their name/blog. Thanks

My tip is to use a border to call further attention to your sentiment.

Brenda-Disney Girl
My Tip:  If possible, first select the sentiment that you are going to use
and then match the stamps and paper to it.

Tip: Stamp your sentiment in a fun complimenting
color rather than always using black.

Tip: Keep a stash of colored cardstock that is already folded and scored and cut down to A2 size cards (5.5" x 4.25") then when you finish a card front you're over halfway finished!

My Tip: instead of posted noted, I used once piece of card stock cut in the length and width that I wanted. Easier to get straitgh lines that way.

(card 2)
My Tip 2: If you want a faster way to to border sentiments,
just use Washi Tape, takes half the time to complete!

Marilyn - Marilyn's Crafts
Tip:  Using digital paper saves you all the guess work of matching patterns.
My tip: Horizontal stamps work slightly better for this technique than stacked ones. Don't be afraid to "edit" your stamps by cutting them apart and positioning on the block as you want. They're perfectly fine to use as they were intended when you're done as well.

TiP:  Use a marker that matches your stamping ink to trace and highlight the sentiment.

TIP:  Keep it simple.
Tip: To make your sentiment pop on your cards use a shape, such as a label punch to put your sentiment in.
Jennyfer - Jennyfer Creates
Tip: Trace with a pencil on your post its if need be to get the exact position of your stamp.
